Bryan Turner

Bryan Turner is the Chairman of the East Worthing and Shoreham Conservative Association.

Bryan has been resident in Worthing since 1980, having moved here after graduating in Pharmacy at the University of Strathclyde. Bryan and his wife owned and operated a small group of Pharmacies in Worthing and Bognor Regis, before selling the group in 2008.

He served on Worthing Borough Council from 2004 to 2019 and held three Cabinet roles in that time,  Environmental Services, Resources and Regeneration.

On West Sussex County Council, he served from 2011 until 2019.  During that time, he chaired the Health and Adult Social Services Scrutiny Committee for five years.

Outside of Local Government,  he served on the Corporate Governing Board of Northbrook College, from 2007 until 2017.  He is currently the Chairman of Governors at a secondary school in Worthing.
