Action to Reduce School Traffic

Cllrs Bryan and Val Turner, together with Tim Loughton MP, met today with the Head of Thomas A’Beckett Junior School to hear about what the school have been doing since we raised the issue of inconsiderate driving and parking in Glebeside Road and Close at school pick-up time.

Tim Loughton MP (East Worthing and Shoreham) is supporting Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust’s call for action to increase cervical screening uptake rates.  Cervical screening uptake is now at a 19-year low, and more women each year are being diagnosed with cervical cancer.
